HOW TO ENTER: During the contest Period, you may enter by downloading the app from Play Store or App Store app installed from any other sources will not be considered for the contest. To enter the contest, you must have registered a profile and should be an active user of the application. Your number of posts and other interactions within the app will be considered as engagement within the app. You must share the app via social medias and other should install via your share Limit one (1) entry per person. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Normal Internet/phone access and data/ usage charges imposed by your online/phone service may apply.
RANDOM DRAWING AND ODDS OF WINNING: Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received on or about 29 August 2023. Drawing will be conducted by Administrator; whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this contest. Approximate odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received.
PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE ("ARV"): Grand Prize (1 winner): A Royal Enfield Hunter 350 or Equivalent Amount of money in Cash*. The ARV of each Grand Prize will be based on the market price of Royal Enfield Hunter 350 at the time of publication of result. If the prize is not available for any reason, then the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of comparable or greater value. Limit one (1) prize per Entrant. If the actual purchase price of any prize is less than the ARV stated herein, the prize winners will NOT be entitled to a check, cash, or other form of payment for the price difference. Prizes are not transferable. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion of prize) of equal or greater value in the event if the prize is unavailable. No cash redemption of prizes, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of each winner. WINNER NOTIFICATION: The potential winners will be notified via direct message and call to the registered mobile number and must follow the instructions in the direct message or call by the deadline included in the direct message or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Sponsor will have the right in its discretion to require any or all winners to complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Liability & Publicity Release and Assignment of Rights ("Affidavit"). Each entrant to whom Sponsor provides an Affidavit must complete, sign and return the Affidavit via a method specified by Sponsor within five (5) days after delivery of the Affidavit to the winner. Winners who are not required by Sponsor to complete, sign and return an Affidavit, if any, may be required by Sponsor to confirm (e.g., via email) their eligibility, compliance with the Official Rules and/or grant of rights within five (5) days after Sponsor's request. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable or failure of any winner to respond by the deadline may result in disqualification and alternate potential winner selection, by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries.

If for any reason the contest is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, human error or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the contest, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the transaction portion of the contest and award the prizes in a random drawing from among all eligible transaction entries received prior to cancellation or termination and all eligible mailed entries received. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, or otherwise, or resulting from participation in the contest. Sponsor is not responsible for typographical or other errors in printing of the offer or administration of the contest or announcement of the prizes. If there are any discrepancies between printed or digital materials and the Official Rules, the Official Rules will govern and control. JURISDICTION: The contest shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Indian Constitution applicable to promotions fully carried out within India. Except where prohibited by law, any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this contest but in no event attorneys' and/or experts' fees; and winners hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages (including attorneys' fees), other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. The winners acknowledge that no other party nor any agent or attorney of any other party has made any promise, representation, or warranty whatsoever, express or implied, not contained herein concerning the subject matter hereof, to induce the winners to execute any document and winners acknowledge that they have not executed any document in reliance on any such promise, representation or warranty not contained herein. Any waiver by the Sponsor and its affiliates of any term of any document in a particular instance shall not be a waiver of such term for the future. Winners agree that the invalidity or enforceability of any part of any document shall in no way affect the validity or enforceability of any of the remainder of that document.
PRIVACY: Any personally identifiable information collected during Entrant's participation in this contest will be collected by Sponsor and used by it and its agents for purposes of the proper administration and fulfillment of the contest as described in these Official Rules, for any additional opt-in information Entrant agreed to upon participation, and in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy, and as allowed by law.

If Cash is preferred than equipment it is available in the name of sports Club
Winner must allow advertisement of the Winner to be shared on Social Media pages of the Company and any other advertisements for Company
Winner will be based on maximum number of enrolments from members of the same association.
Enrolment is valid by only sharing the referral link in the App from the members of the Club.
Clubs should send the list of members on or before Jan 31st, from the association whom we should tally the counts.

Only associations within Kerala are allowed.
All enrolments will be valid towards Enfield Contest according to that contest rules.
Company reserves the right to verify the installation of the application by random physical check, texting using app etc. If finds any discrepancies the said club will not be considered for selection process.
